Music Department Calendars

To subscribe to any of the San Mateo High School Music Department calendars, visit the subscriptions section below.

Calendar Software Subscription Instructions

Apple iCal

  1. Open iCal
  2. Select "Calendar" then "Subscribe"
  3. Copy and paste one of the URLs provided below
  4. Click "Subscribe"
  5. The calendar info sheet shoud appear
  6. There are no Alarms, Attachments or To Do items, so disregard these boxes
  7. Select a refresh period other than "No" from the "auto-refresh" dropdown box so that you will automatically receive updates when the calendar changes
  8. Click "OK"
  9. Repeat these steps for each calendar that you wish to subscribe to

Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select "Tools" then "Account Settings..."
  3. Choose the "Internet Calendar" tab and click "New..."
  4. Copy and paste one of the URLs provided below
  5. Click the "Add" button
  6. The subscription options window should appear
  7. Click "OK"
  8. Repeat these steps for each calendar that you wish to subscribe to

Other Calendar Software

The provided links will work with any calendar software that supports the iCal calendar format. Please refer to the documentation provided with your calendar software about how to subscribe to calendar feeds in the iCal format. Copy and pase the URLs provided below into your calendar software for each calendar that you wish to subscribe to.
